It’s so easy to get caught up in stressing situations that create upset and turmoil and not realise that there are simple techniques we can use to immediately help us deal with them. I’m sharing one with you here about your heart – specifically your Heart Chakra.

This absolutely cracked me up... because it is SOOO true! Throughout all the years of readings there is one definite: we always seek the approval and guidance our loved ones and death does not stop this.

I remember a Miranda who sat in front of me 3 years ago (she was tall, lean and had amazing Hazel eyes and black hair... anyway funny the things you remember about people!) and her mother-in-law came in to chat to her during the reading, who had been deceased for only 2 1/2 months. So during the course of the reading Miranda asked me;

"Julianna, I find it hard having a 12 month old and no female guidance on what I am doing and if I am doing it the right way. She is my life and I want this to be perfect for her. Mum is overseas with her husband and my mother-in-law has just passed over (in bounces the mother-in-law in spirit who was staring with fascination at her daughter-in-law) and is not here anymore and now I realise just how much I miss her and actually did need and count on her."

The mother-in-law said to me, "yeah it only took me to die for her to realise I am not a pain in the a..., old bag trying to interfere but actually a mother of 6, a grandmother of 4 and a wife of 44 years. But she didn't listen then so why would she listen now?”

What if you looked for signs from Spirits and Guides and weren’t sure that you ever saw any? I am always asked in our, 'Build Your Intuition' course, chat sessions, channelling sessions and on Facebook how you can tell if you have received a sign from Spirits, including loved ones who have passed and Guides - or in fact if they ever send any. Here is the technique I use to recognise signs from my Guides for you to try.

Do you have experiences with Spirit/ghosts but are scared by them?

Do you want to communicate with Spirit/Your Guides but don’t know where to start?

These are real examples of the many people we have helped via our “Build Your Intuition” course for the past two years. I teach Spirit Guidance Development in this course based on how you as an individual think, absorb information and communicate – after all, unless you know how you do these things, how will you know how and when Spirit is trying to communicate with you or how you can best interact with them?

I write this letter with great emotion, pride, frustration and sadness. I was sitting at a coffee shop with my business partner Nicole on Monday when she popped out to take a call.

Prior to this occurring, an elderly gentleman carrying a Remembrance Day box of poppies and wristbands stopped in the entrance of the centre. He just stood still and quietly and looked at the people as they passed. It was obvious he was selling the poppies and wristbands to raise money for our Diggers and the families that are left behind.

I was fascinated looking at this man, thinking about the pride Australians take in their heritage - no matter how diverse that heritage is - when I heard a lovely melodious voice say to me, “Hello M’am, I’m Corporal Donald Smith from the 5^th Division Artillery. How are you M’am?”

So I turned to my right and there was this immaculately dressed Digger in his full regalia and all I could think was – wow!  He is so gorgeous and full of mischief. It took me a moment to realise that he was in Spirit.

In my opinion this show rips apart the professionalism in this industry and brings the capacity of a professional psychic to a new all-time low. It draws several areas of concern for me.

Firstly, each Psychic has their own unique skill base as well as a set of tools to access their information from. For example, they could be Clairaudient, Healers, Energetic Readers, Sensory etc. Setting up exercises using actors and other objects that are not real life scenarios only works against these skill bases and fails to highlight true Psychic strengths.

It is almost a year to the day when I wrote and sent this newsletter and I feel an overwhelming need to share it again based on the questions asked of me by friends on my Facebook page, during our sessions on JustB and via our Channelling Sessions. Here are the key questions and my answers for you.

When you meditate or visualise or even dream – who stars in these? And what does that mean? This was received from a former student of mine and we thought it may help those of you to whom this has happened...

As a teacher and practitioner in the Spiritual and Intuitive realm I always get asked why I work exclusively with my Guides and not with my Angels. The answer is simple: I do not believe that Angels guide us, but rather that they protect us.

I believe that both Guides and Angels have specific purposes and as such they work together but do not necessarily overlap. My diagram below demonstrates where I see various entities fitting with each other and then I explain their differences.

An old Cherokee told his grandson, "My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside of us all. One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies & ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy & truth." The boy thought about it, and asked, "Grandfather, which wolf wins?"
The old man quietly replied, "The one you feed."

This is so true.
