Julianna uses powerful visualisation in these meditations, exercises and processes. They do not require you to purchase anything in addition to the meditations, but we do ask that you take the time to read the e-book before you do the meditation for the first time as it explains why Julianna has created this specific meditation.
We advise that you do the meditation/s in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed. The longest meditation in the series at the moment is 15 minutes, and the shortest is currently 6 minutes, so they have been designed to fit in with your busy lifestyle and offer you a few minutes where you can put “you first” in your day.
Because the meditations are MP3 products you can burn them to a CD for easy transport or place them on your iPod for use anywhere you like.
