What if I download my MP3 or e-book PDF and it says it is an unknown file?

If you download the MP3 following our instructions and your file says it is an "unknown file type" right click on the file and scroll down to where it says "rename". Once the name of the file is highlighted, such as "Banish", simply add ".mp3" to the file name so that it becomes "Banish.mp3" and click outside of the file to save this. The file will then play when you want it to.

Similarly, if you download the e-book following our instructions and your file says it is an "unknown file type" right click on the file and scroll down to where it says "rename". Once the name of the file is highlighted, such as "Banish", simply add ".pdf" to the file name so that it becomes "Banish.pdf" and click outside of the file to save this. The file will then be available to open and read whenever you like.
