Terms and Conditions of a booking
Please note the Terms and Conditions of a Course, Channelling Session or Live Show with Julianna so that you are relaxed and enjoy your time spent with us. Please also refer to the General Terms and Conditions.
- It is suggested the Client be dressed comfortably.
- All bookings for Courses, Sessions and Group Shows must be paid in full 24 hours before they begin, and we will be in contact to confirm payment if a request to confirm a booking is needed.
- All participants must have pre-booked to secure their positions.
- Please retain your receipt as reference.
- All bookings and online transactions are non-refundable.
- Any cancellations by Julianna or a member of the Julianna.com.au team, which cannot be satisfactorily rescheduled to the diary of both the client and the brand Julianna (including all practitioners), will be refunded in full. Any cancellations of the client for courses, sessions or live shows will be forfeited if the booking cannot be satisfactorily rescheduled into another course, session or live show or if the reason for cancelling is the decision of the participant. Please see *below for course refund information.
- The clients risk losing their booking should they be late to a channelling session or live show.
- All Clients must be on time for their channelling session, live show and course as doors close promptly.
- Failure to appear at a channelling session or live event without prior notice results in an automatic forfeit of the ticket cost.
- *Clients will not receive a refund to a course if they change their mind about attendance either before or after the course has begun as they have taken a course position that may have been taken by another attendee.
- *Course refunds will only be considered under special circumstances such as severe illness at least one week prior to the start of the course. In the case of illness affecting the ability of a participant to attend a weekend course, Julianna.com.au reserves the right to move the client booking to the next, same, available course in the first instance. If this cannot be arranged, then the client will forfeit a $195 booking/catering fee for the course that they have failed to attend, with $300 refunded to them. No refunds will be offered otherwise.
- If a client misses part of a course then this information will be lost as Julianna is under no obligation to organise a catch-up tutorial outside of the hours offered in the course, for example outside of the 9am to 5pm hours during our weekend courses.
- A client may not advertise or promote any other service, website or business on Julianna.com.au or via the Courses or Group Sessions/classes. Julianna.com.au and Julianna Suranyi reserves the right to remove anyone from the website, database or in live interactions including courses and classes if they are in breach of these guidelines.
No Client will be allowed on the premises if they are under the influence of any form of alcohol, drugs or other dependant substances, and as a result all monies will be forfeited by the Client.
- Julianna and her co-facilitators, Practitioners and Affiliates at both Group and any possible Private or Channelling Sessions do not give Financial, Medical or other specialised advice that is delivered with the express intention to influence the Clients position within any of these, or any affiliated areas.
- The Session information is intended to offer guidance only.
- Any decisions, actions or movements the client chooses to make as a result from the Session, is at their own liability.
- Payment and Attendance is Acceptance of these Terms, and the Client indemnifies Julianna Suranyi, Julianna.com.au and all associated business, entities, persons or affiliates in respect to any claim arising from or related to the above Points.
