This website provides esoteric and non-esoteric content, reports, information, and access to e-mail consultations, group sessions and live shows. Certain services may require registration and/or payment. These services are available to individuals over the age of 18.
Julianna.com.au does not permit use of the services by residents from countries, states, or provinces where such services are prohibited by law.
By using the site you certify that the information given to Julianna.com.au on registration is true and complete. Julianna.com.au will not be responsible for any false statements made in registration.

3. I acknowledge and accept that advertising or soliciting in any form on any part of website without the express written permission of Julianna.com.au and Julianna Suranyi is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
4. I acknowledge that all online transactions are non-refundable. If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation of a booking of a Group Session, both the booking and the fee will be forfeited. If more than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation of a booking, automatic rescheduling of the booking is not guaranteed but is dependent on availability within future sessions. If a future session cannot be scheduled, the fee will be refunded.
5. I agree that by signing up with Julianna.com.au, I will periodically receive e-mails information and promotional communications from Julianna.com.au.
6. I warrant that I will use Julianna.com.au for lawful purposes only. I will never use my membership or account to do any of the following:
• Promote or transmit any harmful, threatening, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise unacceptable content.
• Promote or transmit any material associated to minors, bestiality, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage.
• Distract, harass, disturb another Member and/or Expert and/or Visitor of Julianna.com.au or any other person.
• Try to acquire personal information, login details or account from any Member and/or Expert on Julianna.com.au or anyone from Julianna Suranyi's associated businesses.
• Represent myself as being an agent, associate, employee, owner or representative of or as being otherwise connected to Julianna.com.au or Julianna Suranyi or her associated businesses.
• Advertise, promote any other service, website or business on Julianna.com.au or via the Courses or Group Sessions. Julianna Suranyi reserves the right to remove anyone from the website, database or in live interactions including courses and classes if they are in breach of these guidelines.
7. * I acknowledge that a reading will be provided to me within 7 (seven) working days excluding weekends from the date of funds clearing. Please be aware that some institutions can take up to 5 (five) working days to transfer your funds.
8. * The Question on Life, Love and Sex and Spirited Kids Questions are single questions only and answers retail for $35.
Julianna will record these MP3 readings based on the questions with answers that are direct, to the point and devoid of unneccessary waffle. We state that the value of these readings is not measured by their length, but in their accuracy, succinctness and providing customers with what they need to know - not necessarily what they want to hear.
Each of these readings is not a pay per minute psychic service nor is it like a face-to-face psychic reading in which customers pay for the time spent in the presence of a psychic. It is a psychic reading that is based on delivering information specific to customers in a file that is approximately 1MB in size. Customers must ensure that their inboxes can accommodate up to 2MB in files from this website.
9. A T.R.U.E. Psychic Reading retails for $99 and comprises of three questions answered by Julianna.
Julianna will record these MP3 readings based on the questions with answers that are direct, to the point and devoid of unneccessary waffle. We state that the value of her reading is not measured by its length, but in its accuracy, succinctness and providing customers with what they need to know - not necessarily what they want to hear.
Each of these readings is not a pay per minute psychic service nor is it like a face-to-face reading in which customers pay for the time spent in the presence of a psychic. It is a psychic reading that is based on delivering information specific to customers in a file that is 5MB to 7MB in size. The email address and inboxes provided to us from customers must be able to accommodate files up to 7MB in size, otherwise readings from Psychic Julianna may end up in junk mail or be rejected by the customers' servers.
